GETTING STARTED

QHS will work with you to better understand your household needs, develop a job description, and vet the most qualified employee that fits your role.


HOW IT WORKS

  We learn about you and the needs of your family. In our initial meeting, we will discuss scheduling needs and what you are personally looking for in your ideal candidate. 

We personally match you with our thoroughly vetted professionals based upon your position


We coordinate and schedule interviews with your top picks in the comfort of your home. After the interview process we will follow up with both parties and gather confidential feedback.

Once you have decided to move forward with a placement, we will walk you through the hiring process, create a professional employment agreement, and coordinate details. 

After moving forward with a candidate we will cordinate details to get both parties started with a 90 day trial period

  • Verification of First aid and CPR certificate, and other qualifying certifications

PLACEMENT FEES

Our placement fee is 15 percent of the employees total gross annual compensation or a one time fee of $3000, whichever is greater. 

Note:A $400 non-refundable registration fee is required to begin a search.
